Anti-spam policy

We have zero tolerance for spam.

LazyLoop is a permission-based service. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, we do not buy lists, and we do not allow our domain or our software to be used for spam — by us, by our team, or by our customers.

01

Our position on spam

LazyLoop operates a strict, zero-tolerance anti-spam policy. We do not send unsolicited bulk email, and we do not permit our services, our domain, or any link on www.lazyloop.io to be used to send, host, advertise, or support unsolicited bulk email or messaging of any kind.

This policy applies to us, to every person working on our behalf, and to every customer using our services. It is enforced without exception.

02

What this domain is used for

www.lazyloop.io is the marketing and product website for LazyLoop, an AI voice receptionist for home-service businesses such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and roofing companies. The service answers inbound phone calls, qualifies the caller, and books appointments on the business's calendar.

Our core product is inbound: a caller dials a business and our assistant answers. We are not a bulk email platform, a mailing-list provider, an affiliate network, or a URL shortening or redirection service.

03

Consent and permission

Every communication connected to our service is permission-based. We contact people only where there is a clear, lawful basis to do so, which in practice means one of the following:

  • The person called the business directly and asked to be contacted, quoted, or scheduled.
  • The person submitted a form, requested a demo, or otherwise opted in to hear from us.
  • The person is an existing customer of the business, contacted about a booking, appointment, or service they arranged.
04

What we never do

The following are prohibited outright, both for us and for anyone using our services:

  • Sending unsolicited bulk or commercial email.
  • Buying, renting, harvesting, or scraping email addresses or phone numbers.
  • Using purchased, rented, or third-party lists that were not collected with consent.
  • Falsifying sender information, headers, or return paths.
  • Using deceptive subject lines, cloaked URLs, redirect chains, or misleading link text.
  • Hosting or linking to phishing pages, malware, or cracked or pirated content.
  • Messaging anyone who has previously opted out or asked not to be contacted.
05

Opting out

Anyone can opt out of contact from us at any time, and we honour every request. Reply to any message asking to be removed, tell the assistant on a call that you do not wish to be contacted, or email us using the address below.

Opt-out requests are actioned promptly and always within 10 business days, as required by the CAN-SPAM Act. Opted-out contacts are added to a permanent suppression list, and suppression is never reset or overridden by a later campaign or a new customer.

06

Customer obligations

Businesses using our service are contractually required to follow this policy. They must have a lawful basis for contacting the people they add to our system, must honour opt-outs, and must comply with all applicable law in the jurisdictions where they operate.

We investigate every abuse report we receive. Where a customer is found to be in breach, we suspend the offending activity immediately, and repeated or serious breaches result in permanent termination of the account.

07

Compliance

We design and operate our service to comply with applicable anti-spam and communications law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), and the GDPR and UK GDPR where they apply.

Calls handled by our assistant are conducted transparently: the assistant identifies the business it is answering for, and callers can ask to speak to a person or to end the call at any time.

08

Security and domain integrity

We monitor www.lazyloop.io for unauthorised use. We do not operate open redirects, public URL shorteners, user-generated content, or open file hosting on this domain, so there is no mechanism by which a third party can publish links or content here.

Email sending for this domain is authenticated with SPF, DKIM, and DMARC to prevent spoofing of our address by third parties.

Seen something that looks like spam from us?

Tell us and we will investigate. Include the message headers, the sending address, and any link involved, so we can trace it precisely. We acknowledge every report within one business day and act on confirmed abuse immediately — including suspending the account responsible.
